Windsor Main Place Apartments

Thank you Serena. I recently had the pleasure of touring Windsor Main Place with Serena, and I felt compelled to leave a review of the excellent service I received. From the moment we started the viewing, she was professional, warm, and attentive. What really stood out was the personal touch she brought to the tour. She remembered all the specific details and requirements I was looking for in an apartment, which made the entire experience feel tailored to me. It's rare to find that level of service, and it made a fantastic impression. Thanks to Serena's help, Windsor Main Place is at the top of my list.

I would strongly discourage anyone from renting at the Windsor Apartments. Our experience was frustrating from start to finish, and the property is nowhere near worth what they charge. We moved in September and immediately had issues accessing the gated parking because the office-provided access code did not work. I followed up consistently for months, with documented email threads, and it took four months for the office to respond—only for them to provide the exact same non-functioning code. The issue was never actually resolved. We are almost into FEBRUARY and I haven’t recieved my deposit back. They take a long time to reply or give solutions. The property itself is disgustingly maintained. Dog waste is everywhere—on walkways, in dog areas, and even in the parking lots. The so-called

Arlene (Service Technician) is fast and friendly. She’s knowledgeable and answers all my questions. Parking is a bit difficult since there’s no assign parking. Trash overflow can be an issue on weekends. But overall it’s a quiet environment and haven’t had any issues. Packages most times are left in the locker room instead of delivered to door.

Great apartment complex, every time we need maintenance done they are so quick and efficient I am very impressed. I have never had a apartment complex before be so quick and efficient with requests like Windsor. Very happy I made the decision to start my lease here and looking forward for the future, great decision!

Work orders are completed in a quick and efficient manner. All staff is amazing and friendly and approachable. Elizabeth was excellent and transparent with the expectations. Jairo was always helpful in answering my questions. Mayra's sparkling personality was unmatched. I forget his name but he's very nice and super helpful. Arlene is such a hard-worker and you can tell she knows her stuff. Maria and the other maintenance guy are always so nice and helpful (sorry forgot your name). The other two young cleaning peeps are so wonderful. Honestly was a great team. Props to all
