Just moved in and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Kareem was very patient and helpful when answering my questions when I was surveying places. Bridgette was really friendly and helpful trying to get me all set up in my new apartment. Really love the staff here. The apartment is exactly what I'm looking for.

I loved living here. I didn't experience many of the annoyances I’ve experienced at other apartment complexes - no constantly hearing doors slamming, no hearing loud neighbors through the walls or ceiling, no trash piled up… those little things make a huge difference. More pros/cons: Pros: Amazing staff. Shout out to Kareem and Bridgette in the office who are beyond accommodating, helpful, and kind. "Above and beyond" doesn’t even begin to describe them. They’re incredible. Shout out as well to Jose and Isidro in maintenance who are always so quick to help and so kind. Community events. Quiet inside the unit. HE appliances. Cons (if I’m being nitpicky): Very hard water. Latch app. I love that the building is secure but it became such a pain having to open my phone or use the app on my sm

Jose is great. He came to help fix an issue only a few hours after I submitted my request. Best service ever. Can't imagine getting this type of care anywhere else!

I lived here for over 5 years and loved the community. Every service request was done right on time, they threw great events and kept everything in the complex well maintained. It is incredibly convenient for commuting as it is right near the 5, 22, and 57. The only challenge here that I think many large complexes have is that visitor parking can be quite challenging as there are very few slots. Overall, I would have loved to stay longer if I could.

Pros: amenities are nice to have (not luxury-level, but definitely a plus), convenient location, and staff is friendly. Cons: The shower head and faucet are very old and rickety. The bathroom sink and kitchen sink are disgusting. The appliances are mediocre at best—they feel cheap. The dishwasher is largely a waste of space...There’s also frequent noise from yard work and maintenance, which can get pretty disruptive. Management is way too strict about minor things and can be pretty unreasonable, which is honestly what makes living here so frustrating. It’s not worth the price, and I’m counting down the days until I move out.
