Current resident here. Let me start off with the good. The leasing staff have been nothing but kind to me and helpful. The negative about this place isn’t their fault. Also the maintenance staff is super quick when it comes to fixing something in your apartment. The amenities are nice and clean and usually not busy so that’s a plus. Now onto the bad. Noise noise noise. Unless you plan to live on the top floor, be prepared to hear your upstairs neighbors at every hour of the day. From the very moment I moved in I could hear my upstair neighbors every move. Even their toilet flushing which somehow was more loud than my own toilet flushing. I had an outstanding experience with Issac and Erick today! They were both incredibly professional, punctual, and respectful of my home. From the moment they arrived, they greeted me with a friendly attitude, explained what they were going to do, and quickly got to work fixing the appliance issue. They worked efficiently and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. What really stood out was how courteous and detail-oriented they were — they made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving and took the time to make sure I was fully satisfied. The maintenance team @ eleven 10 provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. They absolutely impressed my wife and I with their professionalism, expertise, and their time frame on both work order that were placed for our apartment. Just moved here recently and the best things about this place are the apartment unit, staff and the amenities! Rick has been awesome from the get-go when I started touring the place many months ago. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with the moving in process. I was able to have my PODS container dropped off and picked up with no issues as long as I gave the apartment team a heads up. The rest of the apartment team Steve and Lauren have also been very responsive and professional. My unit is super quiet and I had no issues moving in. I highly recommend staying here.

I recently became a resident here as I was looking to move specifically in this area of Orange. I was torn between this location and another where I ultimately chose this apartment because of the staff. Specifically, Lauren, who has been nothing but amazing. I toured a lot of places and she not only made me feel welcome but comfortable as well. I've had to reach out multiple times for random (and occasionally, stupid) questions along with various requests. So far, my experience here has been great - everyone is responsive, professional, and kind. This includes the others here who have helped out such as Rick and Steve along with the maintenance team.
