Windsor Johns Creek Apartments

Currently been living here for 7 months. Apartment is nice overall, only complaint there is poor insulation around all windows. Gym is convenient and has most equipment you would need, but it would be nice if Windsor cared about it. I have been requesting wipes in the gym for 2+ months to wipe equipment down. Bathroom rarely has soap, paper towel, or toilet paper. Kids roam the gym constantly playing with machines and leaving it a mess. Other than that, community has seemed very safe and lively. Would live here if you don’t plan to workout here.

I have lived in Windsor Apartments for the past 3 years, and it truly felt like more than just a home. It’s a safe, gated community that offers both comfort and peace of mind. The apartments are spacious and well-designed, giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy daily life. The maintenance team is extremely responsive—most service requests are resolved within a few hours, which we really appreciated. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, with kind and respectful neighbors. The beautiful natural views and well-kept surroundings make it a peaceful and pleasant place to live. We have lived here for almost a year now, and it has been amazing! They have been communicative about basically any change happening in the complex, and anytime I've needed maintenance, it has been resolved within a day or two. One of the best parts of this place is that there is continual pest control! I haven't had to deal with any bugs this whole year; it's such a blessing. I'm looking forward to hopefully staying in our current unit for the foreseeable future. Thank you to Tia and the entire Windsor Johns Creek team. The work you do does not go unnoticed!

This place has a bad response for major issues, I had problem with my neighbor upstairs noise after hours since I moved in, until today they have done nothing, a have non functioning washer machine, the water level never worked, I have to fill the machine with bucket, and they replaced for another one with the same problem.

I have had an absolutely amazing application and move in process with this apartment complex. William has been with me through the entire process and extremely patient and understanding of my situation. I needed to move out quickly due to a mold infestation at my previous place so getting everything in order was a bit of a struggle. I'm an older gentleman so having William with me to help with everything was wonderful especially when it came to uploading all of my documentation. I highly recommend this apartment complex and be sure to ask for William!
