Worst property manager I’ve ever had. She is extremely confrontational and hostile. Whenever an issue arises, she immediately tries to shift the blame onto me, the property owner. A property manager’s role is to handle problems on the owner’s behalf—not to point fingers. She also charges $500 just to renew a lease, when most property managers charge around $100 for the same service. It’s completely unreasonable. What exactly is being done during a lease renewal that justifies such an excessive fee? On top of that, there are constant questionable charges for maintenance, opening the door for Home Depot deliveries, and “checking up” on the property. It’s clear she has no regard for the owner’s interests and is more focused on lining her own pocket.
