Nov 21, 2023 Providence Group manages Bellmoore Park and they need to get serious about security and invest in 24/7 security patrol. Repeated requests have fallen on deaf ears. Especially with recent incidents that are very concerning, I hope Mike Smith and team sit up and do something about it. --------------- The Providence Group does a very poor job of managing their Bellmoore Park property. Despite repeated requests from many community members, they have not taken any steps to properly secure the neighborhood. To be more specific: a. The front gates often stay open the entire time. b. At times, the automatic gates stay open long enough for multiple cars to enter the neighborhood. c. Speeding vehicles have been a huge concern. d. Vehicles are improperly parked on the narrow roads of

We've been living in another subdivision BKM developed by The Providence Group and are very happy with the quality of construction. This, along with the master planned community made us decide on moving to BLM. The Sales Manager (Michelle) has been very professional and responsive thus far in our purchasing process. I hope this continues.

This is an absolutely horrible builder that does not stand by their product. All efforts are made to secure owners and then you are left with shoddy workmanship and subpar support for the many things that WILL go wrong. Leaky windows, horrible grading, drainage issues, cracks in drywall, rude management are just a few issues countless residents have daily. I have been more than understand in all dealings but after constant misstatements and lies by the builder and their holding of our HOA my patience has worn thin. Our community is amazing. The neighbors are kind and supportive but I would rather live anywhere else and hope my dealings with the builder could end...they won’t though because our house seems to be falling apart
