The Regency at Johns Creek Walk

As one of the early pioneers of this community, we remember its glory days and can honestly say that’s its steadily experiencing a resurgence. The management and maintenance team are responsive and prompt whenever any issue arise. The property features some unique community spaces (e.g., putting green, dog park, playground, fire pit, poolside cabanas, etc.,) and upgrades to common amenities like the cyber cafe, two poolside grills, package lockers, car wash, two additional grills near the playground, etc.,). The property is well maintained and many of the units have been upgraded. The atmosphere is safe, peaceful and welcoming. The community also features townhome units; each unit has its own private garage access with additional storage space. Hopefully they add a 240v outlet in the garag

Regency at Johns Creek has been a wonderful place to call home. The management team is always courteous and professional, and any concerns were addressed promptly. The amenities are excellent, especially the well-maintained dog park, which was a favorite spot for my pet. Move-out procedures were clear and efficient, and communication about final bills and refunds was transparent. I appreciated the quiet, welcoming community and the friendly staff who made my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend Regency at Johns Creek to anyone looking for a comfortable apartment experience—I’ll certainly be referring friends and family!

Living at Regency Apartments in Johns Creek is wonderful; the location is close to everything. I would like to leave this review to thank Stanley from the maintenance team. He always has a great attitude and is very kind, he’s an excellent team member! That positive attitude and willingness to help are exactly what we need in this world. This apartment complex is a little paradise! I first lived here when it opened and recently moved back — it’s just as amazing as it was in 2011. My renovated apartment is beautiful, and Stanley went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. He truly cares and takes pride in his work! Chris keeps the saltwater pool sparkling and the community spotless — he’s friendly, hardworking, and always goes the extra mile. Michael is super fantastic too — warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The manager, Dulanhe, and the whole team are outstanding — supportive, efficient, and genuinely dedicated to the residents. It’s rare to find a place this well cared for and welcoming. So happy to be back home here!

I have been living at The Regency at Johns Creek Walk for over four (4) years. I can certainly recommend this place to my family and neighbors. I feel very safe on the property, the grounds are kept clean all year round. When I submit a request for maintenance to the office, Stanley and Chris are always on time with repairs. I only wish the rent was lower, but I cannot complain about the amazing service from the office. I have just renewed my lease for another year. Thanks Stanley for all your do!
