I want to give a huge shoutout to Shin from maintenance — he is outstanding, always responds quickly, gets the job done right, and is one of the most polite and humble people you'll meet. I also want to thank the entire leasing and maintenance team for being so helpful and responsive. This community truly feels like home because of the people behind it. Thank you all! 😊

My family and I have been residents here since November of 2023. Through my own personal experience I personally love the staff. All of them. From Noe, to Shin to Vilma and Joel. They’re all super friendly, get the job done and quick and efficiently as well as they can. The office, I love them. Maysa and Logan have personally went out of their way to the playground and protected my children from an ongoing issue with a soccer ball. They put a stop to it and the issue hasn’t been back which I’m extremely grateful for. Lauren welcomed us with arms open and made our first encounter exciting! She welcomed us home to juice boxes waiting for our kids, two tennis balls for our dogs and a welcome home package. So as far as staff goes, my experience has been amazing. I have lived here for over a year now and love it! They take really good care of this complex. Maintenance is super nice and friendly, and Shin even plays with my puppy when on a walk. I love the renovation style, it’s very clean and modern. Manal was my leasing agent and is super friendly and helpful. Also, they are willing to easily replace appliances if something is broken without a fight which is amazing.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with the leasing office, especially with Lauren Gray. She is incredibly kind, patient, and truly helpful. Lauren went above and beyond to help me find the best apartment in the entire community. I honestly cannot express in words how much she helped me throughout the whole process. She walked me through every single detail—the floor plans, amenities, pricing, location, and even the pros and cons of each unit. She took her time, made sure I understood everything, and never made me feel rushed. Her honesty, transparency, and genuine care made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Thanks to Lauren’s guidance, I found a home that I truly love. I am extremely grateful for her professionalism, dedication, and warm personality. I highly recommend

The management company recently changed and sometimes change is difficult. After some growing pains, I see staff increasing and more responsive. Recently I had a leak in my apartment. Apparently it has been going on behind the walls for months. The maintenance and management staff jumped on the situation and called in experts within 24 hours. The damage has been quite extensive and I have been offered many accommodations to make the situation easier. In addition, the care for my belongings has been extraordinary. I’ve lived many places and have never seen a response like this. I cannot say enough wonderful things about how this has been handled. I feel cared for and feel that all staff is knowledgeable, hard-working and kind.
