NextDay Inspect - Paulo Narduche

I recently hired Nextday Inspect for a home inspection on my new house, and I had a fantastic experience with Paulo. He arrived right on time and performed an incredibly detailed inspection. Paulo is very knowledgeable; he took the time to walk me through the property and clearly explained specific areas that would need monitoring in the future. I had a 10am Home Inspection. I arrived at the house at 9:52am so I could greet the inspector when he arrived. I noticed a backpack on the porch. After a few minutes of looking, I found Michael, the inspector, already working. So, I was immediately impressed. He proceeded to tell me what he found. I was also impressed by his thoroughness. He spent nearly four hours examining the house. He didn't seem to mind my many questions. He explained various issues to me and provided practical recommendations to remedy them. There was an issue with dampness in the basement. We could smell the moisture. Mike checked for it and used an imaging camera to see if it revealed anything. He was unable to determine the source.
