Not only is the property well maintained with beautiful units but the cost just cannot be beat! The location is perfect- we have used the nearby walking trails, tried a wide variety of local restaurants and cafes, and have an easy commute (also being minutes away from Dulles and two metro stops makes public transportation a breeze). Abby and her team are just an added layer to living in this great community for over two years now and celebrating some of life’s big moments together. Been living here for more than 3 years, the place is such a convenient. Almost all necessities like supermarkets, pharmacies, medical centers are in walking distance. The property manager Abby is a lovely person who is always willing to help. Would recommend for a safe and convenient home.

Julianne was amazing. She was so helpful in the process of helping me find my new home. I’m relocating and new to the area. She gave me recommendations for food, shipping, and great places to go for local entertainment , Apartments and nice and well kept and staff was great. Neighborhood is safe and quiet which is important for me because I’m a single woman living alone. I definitely recommend asking for her. She is knowledgeable, professional, and kind. 10 out of 10. Really enjoyed my time at Trellis Herndon. You can tell they’re putting effort into improving the place—new updates and amenities have been steadily coming in. The staff has always been friendly and quick to help when small issues came up. Overall, it’s been a comfortable, positive experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.

Trellis is exactly what a busy professional needs in a home. I selected this beautiful complex as its quiet, safe, immaculate apartments and grounds, and affordable. The ease of one monthly payment for everything is a major plus. Location is ideal as so much is available with in walking distance. Everything from grocery, restaurants, entertainment, auto shops, etc. My pups love the greenery for their walks, and so many pup stations to keep the grounds clean. It’s a great place to live and very happy with my selection.
