This is a review as a tenant: I had a great time renting with AHR PM, now part of Golden. While my initial PM Danny left a lot to be desired, once I had Julia as a PM everything went really well. She was responsive to my issues and it was easy to get repairs scheduled when they popped up. I have moved out, but I was refunded a large portion of my security deposit, and I really value a company that is respectful of the deposit and does not shadily take more than you really should owe. I would recommend Golden to other renters, and should I need a new place I would look at their listings!

With the moving process being so overwhelming, the Golden Real Estate staff was very pleasant and informative to work with. I had a great experience working with their team. Heather and Rida assisted us in every step of our lease term. If we move back into the area in the future, we definitely will rent from them again.
