Windsor Commons LP

I moved to Windsor Commons about 3 months ago and I must say I enjoy living here in this community very much. The apartment was clean and had a new paint job done. when I moved in. Neighbors are very friendly and it's nice to see the children playing very happily in this complex. Ella, the Property Manager, is an absolute gem!!! She is knowledgeable, friendly and extremely courteous. She is always willing to go the extra mile to assist the tenants with any problems that may arise. I will certainly recommend Windsor Commons to anyone who desires to move to this area. Lisa

The community is safe, neighbors/kids are quiet, and respectful. Ella in the management office is top notch professional. She takes her role seriously and it shows by the quality of service given by the entire management and maintenance team from the quick responses from maintenance to how immaculate the property and lawns are kept. If you're looking for a new home this place should be first on your list to consider. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

When I called Windsor Commons, I spoke to Ella. She is friendly, she listens and she was knowledgeable when answering my questions. I really like my apartment and the development. It's quaint. I like that the Apartments have names based on the layout. When I moved in, the apartment was clean and freshly painted. It's a real nice place to call home

I have been living at Windsor Commons for over 7 years. Overall, the community is a good one. It’s safe and the neighbors are friendly. Ella the property manager is very polite and personable. Dylan and Jimmy, the maintenance staff are also very friendly and hardworking. My only complaints are the lack of upgraded appliances and carpeting on a regular basis. Some appliances are very old and not energy efficient. These items are only replaced if you move out. Also WiFi and cell service stink! You can only use Xfinity Comcast as your internet provider. Parking is sometimes tricky, especially if neighbors have visitors who park in front of the building instead of in spaces opposite the residence. Otherwise, I’m a happy tenant!

My family & I had a wonderful experience living at Windsor Commons. From the time we connected the property to inquire about unit availability until the day we moved out Ella (office) and Dylan (property management) were always professional and able to assist if needed. The only reason we are leaving is due to a relocation.
