Poor maintenance upkeep throughout the property. January 2024. Updated May 25th 2024. New property manager has been hired. A true professional and she is making improvements already! This place will turn around vastly in the near future! I will update again in 6 months.

55+ community claims no one under 18 can live here, yet I personally know of a family living here right now in their late 20’s/early 30’s who have 2 children living in the home (9, and 12). I attempted to report this matter to the office more than once. First by phone, with no resolution, only a reassurance that “no one under 18 is allowed.” Then, I waited a while and called again by phone because the occupants in question were (and still are) here, but I received no phone call back. Finally, I tried to email using one of the two emails provided on the website. The first email was bounced back to me as a non existent email address. Then, I tried the other email address, more than once (a gmail address) and explained in detail exactly what is going on, along with names of occupants breakin

My mother in law lives there and this community living is always kept beautifully. A suggestion though, maybe a community hall or area where the residence can gather for companionship and chats. That would make the place perfect.
