Stayed here for a year back in 2017 and had a great experience till the end. The helpline associates are super fast to respond and the people who live in the complex are extremely friendly. I had an amazing experience while staying over here. Would recommend all of my acquaintances to rent a place if they're passing by the state and need a place to crash.

Warning on renting at the Orchards. They will want the apartment back in the same condition it was received. How is this possible after it has been used for many years. Recommend not paying the last month rent and let them use the deposit as the last month rent otherwise you will lose the full deposit amount. Careful with them, buyer beware, they are nice at the time of rental but then change colors upon leaving.

Temporary residence. Was a nice place to live-close to shopping. Safe and quiet with very good neighbors. Parking lot needs help, but no other complaints.

I love here and the place is safe, beautiful and convenient. Neighbors are great and I love that I own my home. Super close to everything, you can walk anywhere.

I lived in this development years ago, and I like it there a lot. The newer stores in the shopping center next door are great. It's so convenient to be so close to everything that I would need.
