Village East Apartments

I’ve been living here at Village East Apartments for 20years. Everything is close in proximity. New Jersey turnpike, I95, clothing & food stores etc. In addition, The area is quiet & peaceful. The grounds are well kept. Great place to live.

Quiet, clean, and safe. Rent isn’t too bad just hope it doesn’t go up too much next year. I think the one thing People find the most important is the maintenance. The new management company is great because they are on top of everything and they fix things VERY quickly. Plus, they are very respectful and professional so anytime there is an issue. They are quick to resolve it.

It is a pleasure living at Village East Apartments and I am so happy I chose this haven. The management truly shows they care and the maintenance staff is filled with knowledge, very helpful, and makes sure everything is taken care of! Debbie is a wonderful Property Manager and her Assistant Beatrice is a gem as well. I love my apartment, the location, and the view and to top it off, the circle of community is beautiful. I am getting to know my neighbors well and they are becoming family. I live above a very nice young man and the gentlemen who recently moved across from me are gems and it is always nice when I see them outside to say a friendly hello.

I loved to live here. I moved out because of my work. I felt at home since my very first day. Debbie, the manager, is very thoughtful, efficient and professional. The move-in and move-out process was a breeze, although I needed to break my lease. The studio where I lived had a large living area and a lot of storage space. The grounds are lovely and well maintained. The neighborhood is safe and calm. I definitely recommend this place.
