Windshire Apartments

Windshire is a beautiful place to live at. I have been living here now for over four years. The leasing office staff are very welcoming and respectful. The maintenance crew is just impeccable. “Amigo” as I usually call them, these gentlemen are always ready to do repairs, and it diligently your satisfaction. I will forever be thankful to the maintenance crew. Windshire a place to live, for those who cherish comfort.

I have lived on this property for 7 years and never has there been where you have to register your car to have it parked in the visitors parking my car was towed for being in a visitor's parking why is it that we are never notified about changes changes happen daily.i am very disappointed with the way things are going on no communication with a residence. Our property manager is never on a property she's always been another property so we don't know what's really going on here half of the time. Cannot even get the number to corporate office

Windshire property is always clean and kept up. The office personnel is friendly and attentive. It is a great friendly environment and highly recommend the property.

Everything was fine, the girls at the office are very friendly, but there is a problem, their maintenance men are lazy, they don't want to do anything, they go to the apartment and according to what they say they do, but they do everything wrong, they were never able to fix my air conditioning or the stove, small things that took up the apartment, they always said they didn't have them and wanted to fix everything with a cheap job as they say. I lasted 5 years there, but that bothered me, just those two lazy men.😡

Quiet and clean people in office are very nice and helpful ,pretty nice neighbors over all were happy .
