Soo... I had to park here bc H-E-B parking lot was so packed for the holidays. This place even tho it's a Senior living it's cute, quiet, & access is right off the 249hwy feeder. I would highly recommend at least checking this place out. It's tucked on back end of the Vintage park amd has so many cool places to visit and eat right across the street from it.

Our Maintenance team responded promptly to a request to fix the garage door opener. Thank you Mr. Cesar and Ellie. The very old opener turns out to still not function consistently, so a new one has been ordered for me.

I came by for a drop in visit on yesterday. The maintenance man greeted me and was very friendly, polite and professional. No one was in the office, so he got Debbie to come speak with me. She was all the above as well. The wait list is extremely long - years. Didn't get to visit the property because nothing will be coming vacant soon. However, did sign up on the wait list. Only one negative review post. Impressive. Wish I could skip up in the wait list line, lol.

I am so glad I moved to Parkway. One of the better decisions I've made! Mary Bley is the most caring manager I've ever known. Bryce Ramirez is very professional and proficient at his job as Maintenance Guru and really knows his job. Jerry Young keeps the property looking so nice all the time. I can't name a favorite - they're all my favorites!

I have been living here for 2 years and everything is amazing! The manager Mary Bley is great and super helpful! The maintenance supervisor Bryce Ramirez always keeps the pool spotless and takes care of my maintenance requests in a timely manner.
