Crenshaw Grand

This property is amazing.! truly love the layout of the property. It’s spacious and has tons of parking. It feels like home and the granite countertops and wood flooring are everything. The office staff were extremely professional, polite, and positive. I really appreciated that. The location is convenient and near lots of shopping and dining options.

I've really enjoyed living at Crenshaw Grand. The apartment manager, Jasibe, is absolutely fantastic. She’s great at communicating with residents and really makes sure everyone feels safe and heard. Anytime I’ve had a question or concern, she and the team have been super quick to respond. Maintenance issues? They get handled really fast. Plus, the complex is always making updates and keeping everything clean and the amenities just keep getting better over time. Highly recommend!

Crenshaw Grand was definitely one of the best apartments I’ve moved into. The staff were SO helpful from interest in moving in to moving out. They explained everything very well and were quick to fix any maintenance issues. I never had any pest problems, especially with the valet trash and same-day pest service. Their charges/fees are quite reasonable, and I loved that they have so many amenities at the complex. They truly go above and beyond to make living here a dream, thank you Crenshaw Grand!!!

Lived here for 2 years! Move in and move out process were very easy! Enjoyed using the Bilt app and rewards to make payments.

Crenshaw grand has been nothing but great to me. When it comes to maintenance, customer service in office, and neatness of the property they are on top of it. Definitely recommend this complex!!!
