Queens Lane Apartments & Townhomes

I had a great experience working with the leasing manager Iria. The whole process was very fast, smooth, and easy from beginning to end. She was extremely helpful and made everything simple to understand. Anytime I had questions, she took the time to explain things clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with each step. Also she was very friendly and welcoming, always smiling and maintaining a positive attitude. It really made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. You can tell she  truly cares about helping people and providing great service. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an apartment.

We moved out of this apartment back in November. We just received a statement from the apartment complex on January 22 about what we owed after move out I immediately messaged the new manager who is there because since I’ve lived there for over two years, this is the third time they changed management. We owed a total of $480. I emailed the manager back asking how I could set up a payment plan, they told me they would get back to me about setting up the payment plan and now I received a letter in the mail that the $480 was sent to collections. How do you send something to collection so fast I received an email for what we owed on January 22. It is now February 9 and this $480 was sent to collections so be careful with that they will try and screw you and mess up your credit. I have never h

Officially been here for 3 years, and I love it here! The current manager, Sandra , is really kind and understanding. Very helpful towards her tenants and community! There's always events going on for the tenants to celebrate and get to know each other! The maintenance is very helpful and fast with great communication. Thank you Sandra for making Queenslane Townhomes a better place to stay!

Hello , The day I walked into the office of Queens Lane I felt so good and comfortable talking to Sandra. She felt like family right away , she showed us a townhouse and my husband and I fell in love with it !! She was so nice and said if y’all like it I will do everything I can to get y’all in here !!! We moved in August 30th and We love it !!! We were living close by at some apartments that we didn’t have a good experience in and we couldn’t wait to move out !!! I Thank God That The Lord brought us to the right place to live !!! ❤️🙏
