Oak Run Manor

I recently toured this apartment complex and really liked it. I saw the two maintenance guys working on the office while I was there, and it was nice to see them staying on top of things and keeping everything looking good. I also loved seeing how Ashley and her manager Seleny interacted. They talked to each other like they genuinely enjoy working together a true friendship. It just made the atmosphere feel positive and welcoming.💕 The property is so cute and well kept. I’m really excited and can’t wait for my move-in date!🔐

I have been living here since August and have been totally impressed with how well the property is maintained. Management is really great and takes care of the residents. When we first moved in my new neighbors came and introduced themselves explained that the complex is very nice and quiet. They have been very correct about that. Just about everyone says hello when walking around and the kids stay out of the way when on the sidewalk. Maintenance is the best. Have had a couple of small repairs but they were out to fix it fast. Complex is great to live in and have had no problems with neighbors or management. Definitely plan on being here for some time

If you would like to live in complete peace and have an outstanding management system, then this the place. If you communicate properly with them, they get it done. Plus they are so nice and respectful and beautiful. The apartment is very nice and the gates are electric and safe. The dog park is another plus, with the neighbors always being courteous. Im so glad that we made this move. Thank you management for being so professional and caring. If I could give 20 stars I would.

This is a great community to live in and a very well-maintained property. Trash is collected on time, and any maintenance requests I have submitted have been handled quickly and efficiently. The maintenance team is excellent, and I absolutely love the building I live in. The management office is clean, well organized, and responsive—they return phone calls promptly and keep residents informed about outages or other important events in the area. With an approaching storm, the maintenance team took proactive measures by wrapping the pipes and applying a salt solution to stairs and walkways. They also inspected each building to ensure resident safety. Overall, this property demonstrates a strong commitment to resident care and safety.

I’ve seen my fair share of apartments over the years. I must say, Oak Run Manor truly impressed me. The property is well kept, nice and peaceful, and just feels welcoming the moment you drive in. What really stood out to me was the leasing young lady, Ashley. She was so polite, patient, and respectful which means a lot to someone my age. She took her time explaining everything clearly and never made me feel rushed. It’s refreshing to see such good manners and professionalism these days. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated kindly and with respect, I would certainly recommend stopping by.
