There was no request that was too big and we were able to work together to ensure my clients got the best care. They are both true professionals and you can feel how much they care about the client. I really enjoyed my experience with the Castlerock team. Shatease was so kind showing me multiple homes and being patient while I made a decision. Always available and ready to help in person or on the phone with very very quick responses. Colby supported us from the builder side and was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. He was making notes on his own during our first walkthrough and was quick to fix any small concerns we had. Final walkthrough was quick and easy with such a thorough first walk. I’d recommend Castlerock and specifically this team to anyone. I also used their lender for the perks and was able to close in less than 30 days!
