Horrible experience. Lies after lies with these people. I would never go through them again. The sells person we had he was a good liar to get money out of us. The whole process was horrible!
Victor, ashleigh and angelica were very helpful though out the home buying process. They all gave me good advice and I always felt their advice was customer focused. Meaning they had my best interest in mind. I would highly recommend Lennar and their professional staff for all your home purchases!!
River Ranch is a growing community with beautiful new homes in North Angleton. If you're looking to buy a new home or help design and give input on a new home of your dreams, this is the place. Plus it is close to banks, grocery stores, shopping and speciality shops, county courthouse and the hospital and urgent care facilities. Low traffic. Quiet families with wonderful southern hospitality. The architect designs are beautiful yet like an affordable mansion. Check them out before the lots are sold out.
