I lived there for three years nothing was ever fixed the only good thing was the covered parking worst place I ever lived after moving out 2 years they have put a bunch of stuff lies on credit totalling 7600 how do any one elder person do that kind of damaged? When I worked two jobs so now no one will allow me a chance to live there almost homeless

Moved in two years ago and the management was amazing, worked with you if you were a couple of days late and least made you feel at home, this year the complex is going through several lawsuits from IDK why or how and they will drain your bank account with rent and payments for a service they can and will refuse to offer even though it’s included in your rent. Wanna speed run an eviction, this is the place to do it now that management has “cracked down” on everyone living there. They’ve also jacked up the rent price due to said lawsuits AND there’s bugs with temporary “pest control”😡 negative stars if I could

If you have $115 to give away, I would solicit these apartments for housing . My husband and I attempted to lease from these guys and they never responded to us after taking our $115.. The lady in the office said it would take three days to get an approval or denial, which neither of that happened. Afterwards, no one never answered the phones or gave us a call back. The misconception about the application fee is that it is $65 but they mandate you to pay the $50 administrative fee, leaving the total application fee to be $115 which neither is refundable.. So if they decide not to respond after taking your money, nothing could be done.. How community friendly is that..

Hands down the ABSOLUTE best apartments in B-County very clean and well kept property Renee the manager is such an amazing woman she is so kind and was patient with us and explained everything we needed to know very well. And the maintenance crew ,so quick, so efficient, and get the job done 🤌🏻 💖 . I highly recommend arbor pines if your looking for an amazing apartment experience

I have lived here for 3 years. I can say that although not the best apts I've lived at, the management and maintenance staff have always made sure I was taken care of. Holly has always worked with me on payment arrangements and was very helpful the last 3 years. Hate to see her leaving. If she stays I might also. Otherwise I'll be going elsewhere in a few months.
