I have lived here for 5 years now, the previous owners were great but the property desperately needed updated. They were bought out by present owners and they came in and remodeled every apartment with beautiful granite countertops and lovely flooring…really changed the look of these apartments. Management is easily accessible and respond immediately to any issues whether maintenance or otherwise. Maintenance lives on site. We have a beautiful pool and laundromat accessible at all times. I have great neighbors and everyone is friendly and respectful of others. We have had several storms and the owners are there bringing in help from outside sources and lending a hand. When I moved into Serenity Townhomes in Angleton, it was during a very difficult time in my life—I was going through a divorce and needed a place quickly. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with kindness and compassion by the property manager, Ms. Laura. She was incredibly understanding and helped me secure a comfortable home for myself and my son. I moved in on June 8th, and just a month later—on July 7th—Tropical Storm Beryl struck, causing significant damage to my apartment. Already emotionally overwhelmed, I was devastated. But Ms. Laura, along with the management and maintenance teams, responded immediately. They worked hard to get my apartment repaired as quickly as possible and even provided resources to help us recover during that tough time. After about two weeks, my son a

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX! 1st - Roaches!!! I had to exterminate it myself with my own money and keep it maintained the whole time because when I would request for more appointments to spray she always told me maintenance came once monthly but it definitely needed more attention everywhere. 2nd The outlets in almost every room did not work. The lights fixture went out and requested help and never received it. Total of 6 times in 10 months the water / water heater had to be shut off from 30 minutes up to 6 days due to “issues” . 3rd THEY WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT! They did not send me an itemized statement of cleaning expenses. Charging me for beyond wear and tear when not necessary with pictures from myself to prove. Request I pay to repaint all walls even though they were not damaged

My sister has lived here for years. I agree the previous management sucked. They ran it into the ground, wouldn’t make repairs, you couldn’t get a hold of anyone. They have new owners and an onsite manager. What a difference and improvement! They are cleaning up the entire property, pool and units. They have made repairs in my sisters unit, fixed the fan, leaking faucet etc. These are really nice units. I’m starting to see people move in. So nice to see them cleaned up and being managed.

I just wanted to go on here and say that I have lived here for 5 months and this place has been amazing. Great management Kim does everything to make sure it feels like a family environment and every one of your problems handle the best of her abilitiy. We just had our AC go out o us I told them yesterday and today they were out here giving us a brand new AC unit. I highly recommend this place. The owners and management really care about their tenants. So if you need a place this is your home.
