Tracy is one of the best property managers around. She hasn’t had a maintenance manager so she has taken on two rolls for over the past few months. She goes above and beyond her job title to make sure that all of her tenants are taking care of. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new apartment complex.

Tracy is the absolute best! Since taking over as property manager every aspect of living there has gotten better. She's willing to go above & beyond to help anyone. Recently moved for work and she made the whole move-out process a breeze!

I'm on my 4th year here at winding creek and have seen a lot. Jenna's last day was friday and she was here a couple years as property manager. Yes these places are ran down and we have had a major problem with keeping a maintenance man, but I think she did a good job. I never had a problem with her. The things I needed fix got fixed but it took a while. She was always busy. I think she did the best she could do.

As a former resident, please spend more time looking into cheaper apartments, a one bedroom here should not be $700 considering all the repairs I had to have let alone upstairs neighbors arguing and yelling. Oh did I mention it was a one bed for $700? Also considering how they could never keep a maintenance person for a week.

I have lived here for 3 years and I can tell you first hand this is the LAST PLACE YOU WANT TO BE. It is extremely outdated. Every other week this place is having it water shut off and the best part is you never have a notice about it. I know what you are thinking well maybe the landlord reimburses you. Nope they do not, so don’t worry you will spend days without water and pay for it anyways. Well if no water doesn’t bothers you, you also have the lovely experience of your a/c and heat going out every other month. Our rent has only increased year to year and nothing has been fixed. You will be shown an apartment that will need extreme repairs and will be told it will be fixed within a week after you move in. IT WON’T BE.
