Whispering Pines Apartments

I honestly don't even want to give one star! We tried consistently to see an apartment and kept being given new excuses as to why we couldn't see an apartment! We paid 60$ for a background check that we were never told about results n one min we were in and they were doing up an apartment for us! Then judged us as if we weren't going to b able to pay my rent I felt discrimaned against! Then finally you never call us back to not answering the phone! We waited a month only to get lied to! My suggestion is don't even bother with this place! Absolutely terrible!

I've lived here for almost two years. I have good neighbors and I also enjoy being a part of a community environment. The current manager Carla is always on top of things and has helped me, even when she didn't have to!. Everyone I've dealt with maintenance-wise has been incredibly helpful. I feel safe in my apartment and I feel like any issues I have had were taken care of quickly and efficiently. On-site manager + on-site maintenance = ON-SITE RESOLUTION.

Very poor ownership. Black mold is extremely out of hand. Doesn't pay employees fair wages. These people are a joke. We are in a pandemic and I have seen people being evicted despite the eviction memorandum declaration, myself and my family included. I would not suggest this place to anyone who is looking for a peaceful low stress environment to live .

I have lived here for the past year .these apartments are under terrible management. there is about one of every four apartments occupied, the current landlord gossips and creates problems for all tenants willing to participate in her slander. In addition, the owner lives out of state and remains in the dark and will not respond to any phone calls etc. He pays all employees minimum wage And still is severely understaffed.. I'm just very disappointed.

Horrible place to live. Black mold and not wanting to fix anything. Also they will lock you out of your place if you have tried to pay rent and had to call the cops to be able to get my dog
