Friendly and will help ya find that house you are looking for just be mindful that you don’t fall into their trap of trying to get more out of the house you’re wanting, meaning if you’re really interested in a certain home and you make a bid, the realtor will come back in a few days saying another couple had offered more, basically wanting you to make a higher offer so that they get more commission when in fact there isn’t no one seeking that home. So buyer beware, do your research on the home, how long has it been on the market, what it has previous sold for and what upgrades has the current homeowner performed. Realtors are like some car salesmen, shady too.
