HORRIBLE bug problem. No insulation in the walls (which are half as thick than that of a mobile home's walls) and I can hear everything that is going on at my neighbors neighbors (every sexual encounter, every fight, every fart, every time anything gets slammed - you get the picture). There is a water leaking from either my neighbors or from my own pipes into my bedroom closet, where I now am plagued with black mold and an ever soaked carpet. Maintenance never comes out to fix anything when called. They are cheap, but you get what you pay for...

Friendly and straightforward, very easy process to apply. Management will work with you for setting up maintenance.

Got approved within a few days, easy way to apply, and great management. Highly recommend.
