Victoria is a very good landlord. Any time we have needed something done she is there in a timely manner. She goes above and beyond to make sure her tenants are happy. The properties are very well taken care of. And her staff are always available and heartfelt as well when it comes to maintenance and work orders. I truly have no complaints and couldn’t ask for a better leasing agency. I would truly recommend elite leasing services 100 percent in my books.

I can't get the company to follow-up with me in a professional manner that doesn't keep me in the dark about issues that I've been waiting years to be resolved. I am currently looking at a prompt to sign a new lease where my rent is being raised. I don't have the confidence that my issues will be handled with the urgency that they deserve.
