Cottages of Topeka Senior Apartments

I've lived here approximately 6 months, and had prompt help when my air conditioner quit working. The staff is very friendly, and respectful of our hones. The grounds are well maintained, and clean; timely snow removal on both the driveways, and sidewalks. I feel safe and at home living in this complex.

A HIDDEN GEM! My husband and I have lived at the Cottages of Topeka for four years. The surrounding is peaceful and “tucked away” from the city yet not lacking all the modern conveniences just a short distance away. The staff are kind, caring, and responsive. We have not regretted one moment living here.

My Mom has lived here for 4 years from the day we toured "Cottages of Topeka" we had a good feeling. The manager was so kind and informative she answered all questions. Forward to today the Manager is a shining star for this complex. The Maintenace has always taken care of anything she needs in a timely manner and is friendly. The grounds always look nice ! We appreciate "Cottages of Topeka".

I have lived at the Cottages of Topeka apartments for four years. Cathy, our manager, has been friendly, helpful, and has taken care of any issue mechanical or otherwise that I have had in a timely manner. I am comfortable and happy here.

Our rent has been raised; however, looking around, so did other apartments. The Cottages' location in north Topeka is great having pharmacies, grocery stores, filling stations, and fast food places all within one mile. Last Friday, Cathy had a St. Pat's activity with nine of us residents attending. I have enjoyed attending all of her creative activities.
