I've lived here before and never had any problems. Brenda has always been very understanding and has always taken care of issues that needed to be addressed to. I would recommend anyone to live there

move in was great. Brenda in the office is a great women to work with. The apartment we moved into is VERY NICE AND CLEAN!!!!

My father is a retired veteran and has lived here for over a decade. In that time he has had to contend with neighbors letting their dogs pee on the balcony above his patio, water damage to his ceiling that maintenance just painted over, black mold, mice, roaches, peeling paint, a broken toilet, vents falling out of the ceiling due to water damage and black mold, and the smell of chemicals and decay is so strong that his food tastes like spray paint. They have been aware of these issues for a long time and barely provide him with bandaid solutions. I've offered to move him out multiple times but due to it's proximity to the VA and his disabilities, he's not likely to leave. I don't care if the VA is paying some or all of his rent; to treat a veteran (or anyone) like this is absolutely abho

Oakbrook Terrace Apartments is a great place to live. I love the office manager Brenda. They are very quick to resolve any issues I have. Great place to relax at home after work.

BUYER BEWARE - rat infested!!!!! This has to genuinely be one of the worst "apartment homes" that is out there. I personally know of an individual who has been refused a newer oven and the stove/oven is from the 1970s. How can your try and rent out an "apartment home" with a over/stove that's 50 years old!! There is clear water damage from top apartments... And maintenance has refused all maintenance requests. There have been leaks from the top down into the bottom apartment. How can this place be infested with mice but charge $1k/month and more?!!?? MICE INFESTED!!! We have industrial mouse catchers and it's not enough! This place is downright trash!!! If you ever need anything do not rent here it clearly has shown to be a very unreliable place, that truly only cares about your money. If
