Misty Glen Apartments and Townhomes

I absolutely love living at Misty Glen. I live in one of the townhomes. My unit is spacious and well maintained, and the grounds are well-kept. This is the first place I have ever lived that salted the sidewalks and my patio stoop BEFORE the weather started! I have not used both pool spaces, but the South Pool was a fantastic plan to hang out over the summer. The traffic from Jardine Elementary/Middle is a shock at first, but it’s relatively easy to navigate or even avoid once you learn the ebb and flow. If the neighbors are being loud, I have only been able to hear it when in the room which shares the wall with my neighboring unit, but it’s usually easy to drown out by playing some music! Overall, I would highly recommend Misty Glen for their townhomes! (Photos are from my move-in day)

Great place and staff. All my interactions with them have been fantastic. Amenities are nice and the whole campus is spacious.

I chose Misty Glen because I lived here in my early twenties and remembered how safe I always felt here. I now have a 7 year old daughter and have lived here a year and a half and feel just as safe and taken care of. The community is so nice and friendly and I can go on walks around the premises without worrying about mine or my daughters safety. The office staff has been seriously amazing in more ways than I can count. From the moment I inquired about finding a place Jennifer was warm and kind and made the process effortless. Anthony has always been over the top with his willingness to assist. I haven’t had anything I’ve needed fixed ,but the few interactions I’ve had with maintenance has been very pleasant. Overall I have zero complaints and am glad I chose Misty Glen.

Another update: Been living here for 3 years now. We had a water pipe issue that took almost one week to resolve. I can't tell you how absolutely incredible the office was, especially Tanya and Hunter, as well as the entire maintenance staff. They all went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy and even though I was stressed out bad because of other stuff going on, they were still on top of the ball and that was reassuring. I will be calling their corporate office very soon so they can hear firsthand how they went above and beyond to get the issue solved. If I could give y'all 10 stars I would. Update: Lived her over a year and half now and still have no complaints! Our heat went out overnight and I had to call maintenance at 5:30am to have them come fix it as it's sn

We rented from Misty Glen for almost 4 years and it was by far one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Every time we had a maintenance concern, no matter how small, it was always taken care of first thing the following morning at the very latest. The office staff were always friendly and willing to help with whatever we needed. Anthony especially has been incredible to work with. Even when the office was closed, he would always make a point to say hello if we crossed paths around the property.
