Willowstone Apartments

BEWARE! We had a VERY BAD experience with Willowstone Apartments in Marysville. I generally don't post reviews but my experience was so bad I'm making an exception. I feel people should have the information so they can make an informed decision. When I moved in the property was new so there really wasn't any tenant feedback available. I, along with many of my initial neighbors, made the decision to NOT RENEW the initial lease. Everyone I know who chose to move out seems much happier for it. On the surface, Willowstone seemed like it would be a decent place to live but that proved to be far from the truth. Do your homework. I now live in a much nicer place with much better amenities for much less cost (including NOT being charged pet related fees, as per the law). Unprofessional conduct, p

I haven’t decided on where I’m moving yet, but I toured Willowstone with Jane Haines today and she is so friendly and welcoming! She answered all of my questions honestly and explained the differences between the unit models available vs the ones we weren’t able to see. Jane is a lovely and personable human being, and I would be thrilled to have her in my community should I choose to move here. :~)

Great staff all around. Gary and Hector are some of the best maintenance folks I've had at any place I've lived. They are communicative and work really hard to keep this placerunning. Anytime I've had to have a repair done they've been great! Everyone in the office is always so friendly. Recently we've worked with Jane in the office, and she is wonderful. So kind anytime my family or I have called or come in. The parking situation isn't great but that's an annoyance to deal with in general as it seems to be true of most apartments I've come across.

Beautiful property!! Very clean and lovely living spaces/facilities. Conveniently located near Interstate 5 and many stores. Jane was very friendly and giving of her time. She gave us a wonderful tour and answered all of our questions.

I've been here for a few months now and experienced I leak that was coming from the apartment above me. Gary from maintenance was amazing and came over immediately to check the issue out. Throughout the entire time work was being done to fix the issue Gary was very communicative and apologetic for an issue that was not their fault. He made sure the repair was done quickly. Thanks Gary!
