I have had RPM since 2020. They have been an excellent PM firm. I appreciate everyone there from the owner Gail to the rest of her staff. I am leaving a review today specially for the maintenance coordinator Terry. You can tell that Terry really knows his stuff. He is very knowledgeable in the areas of landlord tenant laws specifically regarding timeframes of when things need to be completed. This is great whether you are the tenant or the landlord. Working with Real Property Management North has been a fantastic experience. The entire staff is so helpful and genuinely concerned about their clients! Rose helped me to get the unit that I really wanted and Cynthia guided me along the way with all the details of the lease. Every time I reach out with any type of concern, they immediately respond. I highly recommend working with this company for anyone out there who's looking for a property management company to work with or rent from.

RPM has provided such a great experience from the initial signing of the lease to the communication/access to assistance, maintenance and more. I'd especially like to thank Tim from the maintenance team who, on a weekend around the holidays, was prompt in reaching out to me after I submitted an issue with our carbon monoxide detectors. He kept me informed, had a plumber come out ASAP, and came to replace our detectors ASAP, again, even on a weekend. He was very communicative and even offered to bring a spare space heater while we had to have the furnace turned off. I felt like Tim truly cared about our issue, kept offering to help with anything else we might need, and was pleasant to talk with. I've had the best experience with Terry, the Maintenance Coordinator, since moving in to my rental. From day 1 when all I had was questions troubleshooting my WiFi setup, he was quick to respond and call me to help troubleshoot.
