Our experience with Matilda Valadez at Keller Williams was deeply troubling and far below the professional standards expected from a trusted realtor. Throughout the process, she repeatedly disclosed confidential client information without our consent, including private updates about offers and negotiations. This breach of confidentiality was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Even more concerning was Matilda’s repeated involvement of an outside individual—someone with no professional or contractual role in our transaction—in sensitive communications. This person was regularly CC’d on emails and appeared to be used as a tool to manipulate and pressure us into decisions that were not in our best interest. Do not work with these people. I bought & sold my home with them. Sandy was my realtor that I had formed a relationship with over the past decade. She is nice and well versed but didn't have her clients back when it came to purchasing & selling a home. When I bought the house everything seemed to be going well until 2 days before closing where we were told the city has some claim to our land for a water run off issue. Well, they had claim to the entire back yard & that area was a construction zone for nearly a year. During the construction, we were told by many neighbors they were paid for the cities project. My agent was Janet Spesock, and she was FABULOUS!!! She is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and made the experience fun. She even staged my home and had professional photos taken at no charge to me! My home sold in three days and I received more than the asking price. Janet uses the 72SOLD program and it works! She’s super savvy and took care of every little detail. I highly recommend Janet!!!
