Quilceda Gardens

My family and I moved here in summer of 2013. I was in second grade and now I’m a sophomore in college. I grew up in #53 and I have so much love for Quilceda Gardens! I love the location, short walk to watch the strawberry parade and to multiple different stores and food spots! The freeway entrance is also super close! I became an official tenant when I turned 18 and the process was made pretty easy. I think rent cafe works really well for renters! Sonia was our landlord for the entire time here and in my experience was super open and honest about things. She was also super supportive and always had our best interest in heart! I moved into Quilceda Gardens as a single mom of two young daughters with my mother in the summer of 2013 and Sonia Gabel had just taken over management so I was her first tenant. She’s understanding and considerate and over the last almost 13 years has become more of a friend than a property manager. Sonia and Marco, who runs the maintenance, was always there when I needed something. If we had a small question or a bigger concern they were there to answer. We really enjoyed living in QUILCEDA and made many friends in such a small apartment community, unfortunately my mother couldn’t walk up and down stairs anymore so I had to find something more convenient for her. Sonia was extremely helpful when we met with her today. She took her time explaining our lease and answered all our questions. She said “you are not leaving here confused!” Which made us feel comfortable and like she really cares. We left feeling good about what we signed, enjoy living here, and decided to renew our lease.

Mrs. Sonia is absolutely amazing. She got us in our residence very quickly and efficiently. Thank you for your wonderful time and patience with the move in.

I would like to thank Sonia for the exceptional help with getting my wife and I approved for move in. She was thorough, super friendly, and so helpful with the whole process.
