Willow Woods Apartments

Rent all the sudden went up and no reason as to why. the washers and dryers constantly have issues and front desk staff is very rude. Dont recommend staying here if you dont want to spend almost 1400 a month.

Not a fan of the property manager. So they close Fri before labor day. Then they have Sat, Sun and Monday off for labor day of course. We go to the field in between. I don't have service and i can't get a hold of them until Friday and they charge me late fees. Don't really care about your employees taking that time off because I did as well. It's 2017 JL properties is to big not to have an online service to pay the bill. The set up is older which explains their whole business mentality. I would strongly recommend against renting here.

Horribly managed property. Can't get a hold of manager on weekends (people work), flyer under door about asbestos, will tow your vehicle in a heartbeat (even if you're staying here), back & forth hot/cold when taking shower-the list goes on. Don't rent or stay here.

This is such a terrible place to live. No hot water, no heat, and the property manager is rude. I'll be so glad when our lease is up. I have never lived somewhere that I felt so uncomfortable. Come home one day to our door being locked and the deadbolt locked, too. The issue with that is I didnt lock the deadbolt and neither did my husband. I called the office and they said no one came in. Funny!! How did the deadbolt get locked if it uses a key and I didnt do it and my husband didnt. They said we could pay 50.00 to have the lock changed. Why should I be responsible for changing the locks? If you want a safe and comfortable place to live and call home, dont rent from willow woods!! Find somewhere else.

I lived here in 1997-99. It was built during 70s pipeline days. Can't believe it is still around. The location was great. Would love to go back to FB
