My experience renting from Maverick was very positive. I needed a short-term place to stay and they offered a month-to-month lease which worked out great. The apartment was very clean, and I had zero issues with any of the appliances included. The apartment complex was well maintained, and snow plowing/removal happened quickly. Maverick did an excellent job with communication. They gave advanced notification on events and were very prompt with their replies to any of my questions. I've been renting with them for a about a year now and all I've had is good experiences! Any time I've had a question or maintenance request they usually get back to me pretty quickly and have always been professional. They've been especially accommodating while I'm moving into a bigger unit that's also managed by them.
