The Property Manager AK

We transistioned to this company this summer with one of our property, we have found Kristen to be highly responsive and Skyla to be an excellent property manager. The new heating system installed by Altrol on November 11, 2024, was expected to bring relief, but instead, it has been plagued by issues. With the system still under warranty, Skyla has been working tirelessly to address the boiler issues that seem to arise every couple of weeks. Her dedication to our property's upkeep, even on holidays, is noteworthy, as seen during the Thanksgiving water heating issue. Skyla was instrumental in addressing the maintenance issue, and promptly got the new refrigerator this summer. I recommend them and have enjoyed our professional collaboration with Skyla. Overall a wonderful person to work with
