Willow Tree Apartments

Lived there for years. They always has a truck full of trash outside what is supposed to be the office. And in the span of 2018-2025 rent doubled if not more than doubled for what? And I'd understand more if things were dine but A tennis court that is full of weeds,the pool that could almost never be used and when they did redo the balconies they weren't properly fastened to the wall outer wall on some Also to anyone moving in I'd do a mold test. Management sucked but the people who lived there were decent. Except for the people who locked their dogs out on their balconies in the heat and never shut up. Oh and good luck getting in touch with management about anything. Idk how it is now but back then after 2020 it was horrible.

Iv lived here over 2 years. I am comfortable and have had No problems. They are quick to get back with me snd they keep it clean here!

It has been wonderful. I love the new apartment. Temperature control is great. The other tenants are great appliance are working. Well, the management team are very kind respond quickly. They do their job well.

My son lives here and has raved about the quiet neighbors and low key atmosphere. Nothing you would normally think when someone says apartment complex. He's also complimented the manager on her friendliness and quick response if an issue with anything arises.

We have a com. Pool that stays closed. Only management and their guests can use it. Even tho management uses the laim excuse of covid concerns. Our laundry never closed nor had restrictions. Lebanon is open to the public. Great area to live. I do not recommend this place
