This is HOME. NOT cookie cutter. Each home has its own personality. Goodall put a lot of time thinking about layout of homes. Great amenities. Even better neighbors.

We just started our home buying search and came across this community. We booked an appointment and visited a few days ago. All I can say is that the only thing better than the quality of this home product is the thorough and comprehensive service that we've received from Lucas Munds, Amy Cutler, and the rest of the Goodall team. Five stars across the board. Everyone is so friendly. No pushy. Informative. This is the best service my wife and I have ever received from someone associated with the real estate industry.
