Hathaway at Lebanon

I moved from Orange County California to Lebanon. I am so happy with my Hathaway apartment. It’s modern, spacious, with a full size washer and dryer. My cats love the view from the balcony. The leasing staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance team keeps everything in order. It’s a very pet friendly environment with plenty of space for dog walking.

I have been at Hathaway apartments for almost a year, and plan on renewing my lease for another year. I have had very "meh" experiences with other apartment complexes in the past, but my experience at Hathaway has been the best yet! The leasing office is very friendly and informative. The maintenance team is incredible; I always see them working their butts off! The community is great. The heated pool is wonderful. I'm a huge fan of the gym; it has more equipment than other apartments I have lived in. There is plenty of space to walk your dog, or to simply go for a stroll. I feel very safe in this community, even after dark. I highly recommend this complex!

My husband and I recently moved in, and Abby has been an outstanding leasing consultant throughout the entire process. From the initial tour to move-in day, she was knowledgeable, positive, and extremely accommodating. The apartment was spotless when we arrived, and the move-in packet was incredibly thorough and helpful. We also chatted with our neighbor who had the same high praises as we did. Can't recommend enough!

After months of frustration looking for a place to live, my sister found Hathaway. We visited a couple of apartments in the complex and it was love at first sight. Lauren, Abby and Anthony were amazing with us. Specially Lauren, she was very helpful. They made it possible is a very short time. We moved here in mid November and we couldn't be happier with our experience! The apartment is beautiful everything brand new and works perfectly. The Hathaway family keeping us informed about different issues, they send messages/emails, so you always knows what is happening in the complex. Details make the difference. We highly recommend Hathaway, it’s the best place to live in Lebanon. God bless Hathaway family!

I love my apartment! Transitioning to TN has been a change but Hathaway has helped to lighten the load! The staff is informative, awesome and so accommodating on so many occasions. The apartment itself is new, nice, and spacious. Maintenance is quick with requests. Also rent is fair, compared to others in the area! I have no complaints.
