Falls at 109

My husband and I lived here for about 10 months, and we had a great experience. It’s a very affordable place that’s still in good condition. The only problem that we had was that our a/c unit messed up at least three times during our stay for a couple days at a time. Fortunately, maintenance is pretty efficient here. The complex feels very safe and secluded, which was great for our first apartment. The pool was lovely and well maintained. One of the best parts is that most packages you get are left right at your front doorstep instead of the parcel lockers. Both the processes of moving in and moving out were so easy and quick. Overall, a great, affordable place to live.

I cannot rave enough about this duo! Jorge and James do an amazing job! They are always professional, answer any questions I have and always complete the request in a timely manner. I love how I can joke with them, while also having that professional relationship with them as well! I know I can trust them with all my apartment needs and not have to worry. A great asset to the Falls @ 109 community.

Holly and Kiarra are saints to work with always there when i need them. Kiarra has a great bubbly personality thats contagious! Maintenance has done an absolute great job! Holly and Kiarra got me in quick and helped me through the difficult process when i was very busy. Highly recommend The Falls!

I lived here for 6 months, which isn't a long time. The move-in process was simple, maintenance requests were handled fairly quickly compared to most apartments. The only issues we had, were with our bizarre and violent neighbors. About two months of living there, we began to hear screaming and fighting from our upstairs neighbor, as well as whimpering and crying from the dog he had. My husband and I quickly contacted authorities for suspicion of an animal abuse case. I went to the leasing office and explained what had happened, but they said there wasn't much they could do. It was horrifying, to say the least. My honest review of The Falls. So I’ve been here since February. I would say my time here has been alright. For the first few months, my apartment was infested with brown recluses. I mean I would see 2 or 3 everyday for weeks and I was very scared. There was one in my bed one time. Pest control came in and put all this white powder everywhere. I have no clue what it was. They were sloppy and put it on my clothes in the closet?? So I had to wash off white poison powder off my clothes. It was on my quilt on my bed, the dresser, the couch. Like why would they put poison powder on stuff that I sit on?? Either way I am definitely not happy with the pest control here. Then my deck had multiple wasps nests on it.
