Willow Tree Apartments

I love my new home. This are the best apartments around the area. This apartments has good layout and pricing. Also, the manager Christina Darby is extremely friendly and top of any questions or concerns. Highly recommend. I notice that parking is a plus, planting of parking and property is clean an nice. Perfect place to apply and make it home! Love it !

Great apartments, but when you sign the lease, they will tell you over and over that they know nothing about a flood, but it's not true. They actually do know it floods pretty badly in this area. It was pretty bad around 6 am. These photos are taking 3 hours later. I will highly recommend that the leasing office actually let residents know up on signing the lease and not lie on the leasing agreement.

I have been living here for many years. Seen managers come and go, but Christina and her staff have been amazing from the very beginning. Israel does my work orders the same day with constant updates. The complex is quiet and clean. Great place to live in Baytown. LOVE IT 🥰

I just renewed my lease for a year. Office staff is always very helpful. Christina is very friendly, and goes above and beyond. Emily is very sweet, and maintenance is very efficient. I am looking forward to live at this peaceful property.

I have been living here for a year. Management has been very attentive to whatever needs I have had. I have had maintenance come and fix things in a timely manner. Whatever issues I have had has been solved in a professional manner and I would highly recommend this complex to others.
