Not all house selling or buying go smoothly. Kendra was our agent for the home we were buying, while my previous house was in contract for sale. As we thought the process would go smoothly with my house sale enabling the purchase of our new home, it was anything but! The buyer had several issues to deal with in the process of obtaining a mortgage. Meanwhile, we had placed earnest funds to secure our new home purchase. During the next four months, we were faced with at least three closing cancelations on both sides, the buyer and subsequently us. Kendra was knowledgeable when it came to the VA loan. She provided a class prior to starting the process so that you can understand the loan you are getting, so when you get in front of the sellers you know what exact questions to ask. She is not pressuring her clients to buy instantly to receive a commission. She wants to make sure you have all the knowledge prior to purchasing.
