The Bennett Baytown

My little family and I went looking for a 2 bedroom and we are grateful for Ms. Harolin business and showed us the room we needed, and made the process easier. Knowing our situation Ms. Harolin was understanding and still accepted us to continue for the process. So far the unit is great and no dog poop everywhere and the area looked clean and People were swimming in pool lol over all can’t wait to move here and enjoy a fresh breath of air. Thank you Ms. Harolin. Looking forward to call the bennet a home.

I have been living here since 2018 and I absolutely love it! Property is well kept! The property manager Harolin is top tier in all that she does! And the 2 maintenance men are awesome! Look no farther this is the place to be!

The staff over here is absolutely top tier. There’s not been one time where I’ve had an issue and it wasn’t handled quickly, professionally and with a smile. Which is rare if I must add. Every work order I’ve put in the ladies at the front desk jumped on it immediately and had maintenance perform the task at their earliest convenience. When I say any issue, I mean any issue is addressed pleasantly; I had a misunderstanding with my mail which is a rare occurrence and Stacie, one of the property managers, caught the mail carrier as she was delivering that same day and rectified that situation. My neighbor fell on the sidewalk and the ladies in the office called a contractor out immediately and had that trip hazard fixed so that she nor anyone else would get hurt again. The community is gated

The apartments are very spacious and reasonably priced, which is hard to find these days. I really appreciate the amenities, especially the gym—it’s clean and convenient. The front office staff is great, and the property manager, Stacy, truly stands out. She’s bubbly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about residents, which makes a big difference. Overall, it’s a great place to live with a positive atmosphere.

As my lease ends, I’ve been seriously considering moving into the Bennett. The property is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. From the moment I began the process, the office personnel Mrs. Stacie to be exact :) have been extremely helpful, professional, and welcoming! This was one of the main reasons I leaned more towards the Bennet vs other properties I have viewed. I’m truly looking forward to moving in and becoming part of the community!!
