Grand Bay Apartments

Hello, my friend just moved to this apartments and he invited me to go see it ( keep in mind i got there at 7 so it was dark). When i got there i feel in love with the place it was big and homie, there was trash in the hallway but like i said it was late. 3 days later I decided to go in for a tour thats how satisfied i was with the property. I can’t complain about the people in the office because they were friendly Ms. Makayla always had a smile on her face throughout the whole process. To make things short everything was going great the office was clean and smelled marvelous until we got outside. The same piece of paper was there ( and this was 3! Days later ) there was trash in the parking lot and the elevators were dirty. Its like they would only clean the front just for the apartments

Hi, On January 9 2026 My hubby, daughter & I went to take a tour on the apartments. Rosie was the one to take us on a tour & we ABSOLUTELY LOVED the apartment she showed us. We loved that everything is inside! We loved the elegance. We also loved how Rosie explained everything, she was great! She was professional, outgoing, respectful & I loved that she answered all my questions.

UPDATE AGAIN 5/17/25: TRASH SERIOUSLY NEEDS TO BE TAKEN CARE OF. It’s left for almost a week at time in the trash chute rooms and the flies/smell is disturbing and extremely unsanitary. This is common, week to week the trash chute room is over flowing and so is the dumpster/room. Diapers/ dog waste and food sits there for days. Parking has become an issue, there are no parking spots ever, I had to park on the opposite side of the complex the other night to find a spot, residents should have parking permits and guests should not be able to take up spots that other residents use. Two cars have been parking illegally causing safety hazards to the residents in the building, and getting in touch with the office is nearly impossible. Why is keeping our living space clean not a priority for anyon

I had a great experience while Roe took me on a tour for an apartment I’m looking for my mother. She took her time to answer all my questions and concerns; Roe was very polite and professional during the entire tour. The apartment she showed me is so beautiful, modern and spacious. The complex offers a lot of amenities. Looking forward to finding an apartment at Grand Bay as soon as something is available.

This place was the BOMB when the manager I’m not going to say her name was moved to another due to her needing more time with family. Totally get that. Then the person that was leaning the apartments was let go due to the company not wanting to pay commission anymore. Well I will say got things done. They were the best!. Now we had new women they didn’t work out so now it’s a dude management and a temp leasing agent. Now things do not get done. The contract for the trash company bites they skip me sometimes but yet we are charged regardless each month. The trash chute is another issue we pay building fees which included that. I get some residents were kinda dirty with it but I think we have been punished for a long time and can’t use it when the trash company employees skip some ppl. They
