The Mgr Hilda is so great & on top of everything. If you need anything she is gonna make sure it gets done. Mr Eli (maintenance) is so helpful & always gets the job done no matter how big or small. Hated I had to move but would definitely recommend ANY & EVERYONE! Very peaceful & quote community.

I was so excited to move to this home and in 10 minutes denied and they kept my $400 deposit plus extra fees totaling $412. Yes they are sweet but money hungry. I am still asking today 10/02 which was given to them on 9/9/25 for the deposit of an apartment that I was denied. I was given a receipt stating they sent back, but my bank says that's not a real receipt and I dont have it....stay away from here. If you make good money, they see you as money.DONT MOVE HERE!

Very nice atmosphere staff is very genuine and loving. I’m blessed to be on property.

As with any apartment community, things are not perfect, however I've just renewed my lease. I enjoy living here as it's a small well maintained community that's extremely quiet and peaceful! The property has good exterior lighting, clean grounds, and a sparkling pool. Ms. Hilda is on top of her game and Mr. Eli has never failed to complete my maintenance requests on the same day received. I have never felt insecure here, living single.

I have nothing but good things to say. It is peaceful and the grounds are well kept. The staff is nice and helpful.
