The folks and Willow Settlement take pride in doing things the right way, not the easy way. I really appreciate their honesty and attention to detail. Titles are so important yet so overlooked. You have a choice to pick your own Title/Closing Company, and I would strongly suggest using someone like Willow vs. the company your mortgage company or realtor suggest. Some of those companies are tied tightly to your mortgage company and may have split motives, where Willow is independent, and will do the hard work for you. I really appreciate their local, honest, and personable approach.

One week from closing told the Agent, “we don’t want to close your transaction” “Find another company”. Terrible service but more than that, no employee morale with the public, Realtors and other Vendors involved.

Lee was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when closing on my first home. Made the process very easy to understand, and most importantly, stress-free. Her being readily accessible to follow-up questions or issues months/years down the road is great as well.

We were trying to sell a house from out of state and this company requires you to sign "in person" to send the proceeds via wire. So instead they felt it was somehow safer to send a cashier's check with no signature required and the wrong phone number listed. I don't know why in 2024 we can't setup wire remotely but I would find some other company to work with if you have a choice (we didn't).
