2nd UPDATE (11/04/25) I’m changing my opinion again to reflect how I feel since I have had more time to work with this company and speak with Amanda. I do realize that I signed a lease with them and agreed to the terms and I really can’t complain about it after the fact. They have pretty reasonable terms, I will admit that. They are also very willing to work with someone who is unable to pay fees all at once and that is something I appreciated. Finally, I appreciate that they ended up replacing my very finicky toilet that has given me problems for the last 10 years since I moved in, long before the company took over.
